1. Co hra dělá s daty

Sysel: Zahradní lupič je hra pro jednoho hráče. Váš postup ve hře (save) a nastavení se ukládají ve vašem telefonu. Abychom mohli hru opravovat a vylepšovat, nabídnout dobrovolné reklamy s odměnou a online žebříček, používáme služby společnosti Google, které zpracovávají údaje popsané níže. Nepožadujeme vaše skutečné jméno, e-mail, telefonní číslo ani přesnou polohu.

2. Jaké údaje se zpracovávají a proč

Souhlas můžete kdykoli změnit v Nastavení → Soukromí a reklamy.

4. Právní základ

5. Kdo údaje zpracovává

Údaje zpracovává společnost Google (Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC) jako poskytovatel služeb Firebase, AdMob, Her Google Play a Google Play. Údaje mohou být předány mimo EU za podmínek GDPR, např. na základě standardních smluvních doložek. Údaje neprodáváme. Zásady společnosti Google: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Jak dlouho údaje uchováváme

7. Vaše práva

Máte právo na přístup ke svým údajům, jejich opravu a výmaz, na omezení zpracování a přenositelnost, vznést námitku a odvolat souhlas. Napište nám na podpora@sysel.app. Stížnost můžete podat u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz).

Online data (profil a skóre) smažete přímo ve hře v Nastavení → Smazat online data. Podrobnosti jsou na stránce Smazání účtu a dat.

8. Věk hráčů

Hra je určena hráčům od 16 let. Osobám mladším 16 let ji neposkytujeme a vědomě od nich osobní údaje nesbíráme. Pokud zjistíte, že nám údaje poskytl někdo mladší 16 let, napište nám a údaje smažeme.

9. Změny

Pokud tyto zásady změníme, nové znění zveřejníme na této stránce s novým datem účinnosti.

1. What the game does with data

Sysel: Garden Thief is a single-player game. Your progress (the save) and your settings are stored on your phone. To fix and improve the game, to offer optional rewarded ads and an online leaderboard, we use services by Google that process the data described below. We do not ask for your real name, e-mail, phone number or precise location.

2. What data is processed and why

  • Gameplay statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): what happens in the game, e.g. the start and end of a raid, a purchase with seeds in the in-game shop or a watched ad. This includes an app instance ID, the device model, the system version and the country derived from the IP address. We use it to improve and balance the game.
  • Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics): when the game crashes or an error occurs, a technical report is sent (the error trace, the game version, the device state). We use it to fix bugs.
  • Remote settings (Google Firebase Remote Config): the game downloads game values that we can adjust without an update. It uses an installation identifier for this.
  • Rewarded ads (Google AdMob): you always start an ad yourself; the game never forces one. AdMob processes the device's advertising ID, the IP address (approximate location), device information and how you interact with the ad. This is used to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
  • Purchases (Google Play): payments are processed by Google Play; we never see your card details. In the statistics we only see which product was bought.
  • Google Play Games, the leaderboard and progress backup: if you are signed in to Google Play Games, we process your Google Play Games nickname and player ID (not your real name or e-mail), the date your profile was created and of your last visit, your weekly and monthly score, the notches you earned and your best season (Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). They are used to show the leaderboard and the share of players for each notch. A copy of your progress is stored in Saved Games in your Google Play Games account, so it comes back on a new phone. Without signing in, the whole game works offline.
  • Android backup: if backup is on in your phone, Android backs up the game's save and settings to your Google account. We have no access to this backup.

3. Consent and withdrawing it

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before the first ad (the Google UMP form). Your choice is also passed to Firebase statistics (Google Consent Mode): without consent, no data for ads and statistics is stored. You can change your consent at any time in Settings → Privacy and ads.

4. Legal basis

  • Statistics and personalised ads: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Crash reports and the necessary running of the game: our legitimate interest in a working and safe game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Purchases, the leaderboard and progress backup after signing in: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Who processes the data

The data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC) as the provider of Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Games and Google Play. Data may be transferred outside the EU under the conditions of the GDPR, e.g. on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

6. How long we keep data

  • Statistics (Analytics): 2 months.
  • Crash reports (Crashlytics): 90 days.
  • AdMob data: according to Google's policies.
  • Online profile and scores: until you delete them (see Account and data deletion).
  • The save and settings on your phone: until you uninstall the game.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability, to object and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at podpora@sysel.app. You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Czechia: www.uoou.cz).

You can delete your online data (profile and scores) in the game under Settings → Delete online data. Details are on the Account and data deletion page.

8. Age of players

The game is intended for players aged 16 and over. We do not offer it to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you find out that someone under 16 has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
