Hra nemá vlastní registraci. Online účet vznikne jen tehdy, když jste přihlášeni do Her Google Play: k němu patří profil (přezdívka z Her Google Play, ID hráče, datum založení a poslední návštěvy, zářezy, nejlepší sezóna) a týdenní a měsíční skóre v žebříčku.

Smazání přímo ve hře

Otevřete hru Sysel: Zahradní lupič.
V hlavním menu otevřete Nastavení.
Zvolte Smazat online data a potvrďte.

Smaže se hned profil, všechna skóre v žebříčku a váš účet ve Firebase Authentication.

Žádost e-mailem

Pokud hru už nemáte, napište na podpora@sysel.app s předmětem „Smazání účtu – Sysel“ a uveďte svou přezdívku z Her Google Play. Údaje smažeme nejpozději do 30 dnů a potvrdíme vám to e-mailem.

Co se smaže a co zůstane

Smaže se: online profil, týdenní a měsíční skóre a účet ve Firebase Authentication.
Zůstane ve vašem telefonu: postup ve hře (save). Smažete ho odinstalováním hry.
Zůstane ve vašem účtu Google: kopie postupu v Uložených hrách Her Google Play a záloha Androidu. Spravujete je v nastavení Her Google Play a svého účtu Google, my k nim přístup nemáme.
Smaže se automaticky: statistiky (Analytics) po 2 měsících, hlášení pádů (Crashlytics) po 90 dnech. Nejsou spojené s vaší přezdívkou.

Account and data deletion

The game has no registration of its own. An online account exists only if you are signed in to Google Play Games: it consists of a profile (your Google Play Games nickname, player ID, the date of creation and of your last visit, notches, best season) and your weekly and monthly leaderboard scores.

Delete in the game

Open Sysel: Garden Thief.
In the main menu, open Settings.
Choose Delete online data and confirm.

Your profile, all leaderboard scores and your Firebase Authentication account are deleted immediately.

Request by e-mail

If you no longer have the game, write to podpora@sysel.app with the subject “Account deletion – Sysel” and include your Google Play Games nickname. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: the online profile, weekly and monthly scores and the Firebase Authentication account.
Kept on your phone: your game progress (the save). Uninstall the game to delete it.
Kept in your Google account: the copy of your progress in Google Play Games Saved Games and the Android backup. You manage them in the settings of Google Play Games and your Google account; we have no access to them.
Deleted automatically: statistics (Analytics) after 2 months, crash reports (Crashlytics) after 90 days. They are not linked to your nickname.
